2.5 You can sometimes refuse to have your data processed fully automatically.

Some data processing and processes are fully automated without human intervention. Parkhotel tries to impart the logic of this automatic process at the moment itself. For example, Parkhotel can respond to reservations even faster. If you do not agree with the result of such a fully automated process, you can contact Parkhotel. For example, you can ask for intervention by Parkhotel, an employee or let us know why you are disputing the assessment.

Always be as specific as possible if you want to exercise your rights. Then Hotel Cathedral can deal with your question concretely and correctly. Parkhotel must verify your identity as closely as possible to prevent someone else from exercising your rights. Hence, it may request a copy of your identity card with such an application. If you have a complaint regarding the exercise of your rights, Parkhotel's complaints management is ready for you.
